Transforming academic workflows at Symbiosis Institute of Technology through Moodle’s first integrated faculty-student collaboration hub:
Stakeholder-Driven Scope: Redesigned Moodle based on requirements from Director/Deputy Director to unify project tracking and career development
Target Audience: 3,000+ students and 50+ faculty across CS/engineering departments

→ Interviewed 10+ faculty/students to identify workflow gaps ("Can’t see who’s working together")
→ Mapped pain points: 70% time wasted on project coordination, inconsistent CV formats

→ Project Lifecycle Tools: Add/delete projects + dynamic progress tracking
→ Real-Time Collaboration: Email-based invite system syncing instantly to peers’ dashboards
→ Resume Portal: Upload/auto-generate CVs in Symbiosis brand colors (#1B1B1B + gold)Engineered Faculty Portal
