Heuristic Evaluation & UX Audit
→ Analyzed the existing app against usability principles and identified pain points in navigation, terminology, and flow.
→ Defined user frustrations: “Why is verification hidden?”, “What does ‘Add Credentials’ mean?”, “Where is my data?”End-to-End Flow Restructuring
→ Onboarding: Brought identity verification to the forefront with a clear, guided flow.
→ Dashboard: Replaced the unhelpful “No Upcoming Travel” screen with a personalized greeting and contextual actions.
→ Profile: Proposed a structured Data Privacy section for better user control.UI and Interaction Improvements
→ Simplified the OTP entry screen with a cleaner keypad and masked number display.
